We have been asked to talk about the business here at the ‘National Award Winning’ 3 Hammers Golf Complex at the GOLFbic Conference as part of the Continue to Learn event which is the educational part hosted by the British & International Green Keepers Association Ltd. We are very honoured to be asked and to be speaking to such a wide, varied and respected audience bringing people in from all over the golfing world. This will be from 9.45am – 10.15am on Wednesday 18th January 2017.
Continue to Learn is the educational part of the BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition (BTME) which is held in Harrogate in January every year. There are events suitable for all levels of employees within the greenkeeping industry, from apprentices all the way through to golf club owners.
The 3 Hammers Golf Complex has been owned for the past 30 years by Ian Bonser who has brought in over the last few years his two Golf Academy Directors, Rob Bluck and John Cheetham, and they will explain how they have developed a successful and profitable business and attracting hundreds of new golfers to the game each year. 3 Hammers is an exemplary golf venue offering unique facilities, and this session is an excellent opportunity to learn best practice in attracting, growing and maintaining golf participation.
